Yue assists entrepreneurs and businesses with corporate and commercial matters, including incorporations (including professional corporations), partnerships, business restructuring, corporate governance and financing, share and asset purchase and sale transactions, and drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and leases.

Iman is experienced in a broad range of litigation matters with over a decade of experience in employment law, commercial, construction and estate litigation. He has appeared at every level of Court in British Columbia, various provincial and federal tribunals, and has successfully resolved matters through mediation and arbitration. Iman takes a client-centered and solution-focused approach to advocacy, and is committed to delivering practical, strategic, and efficient results that meet his clients’ unique objectives.

Vivian obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. Prior to attending law school, Vivian worked as a legal assistant, where she gained valuable legal experience. During law school, Vivian volunteered at several pro bono clinics, including The Law Centre, the Business Law Clinic, the Environment Law Clinic, and the Law Students Legal Advice Program.

Coco has a broad litigation practice working on complex contract, property, tort, administrative and human rights disputes. She has advocated for clients in B.C. Provincial Court and B.C. Supreme Court as well as in Federal Court and various tribunals.

Garth’s areas of practice include Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Non-Profit Housing Development, Commercial Leasing, Conveyancing, Mortgage Lending, Wills and Estate Planning and Business Law.

Ekam obtained his Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, where he received the International Tuition Entrance Award. Before and during law school, Ekam gained valuable experience as a court clerk at the B.C. Supreme Court in Vancouver. He also volunteered his time as a clinician for the Law Students Legal Advice Program at UBC, providing pro bono legal assistance. In his final year of law school, Ekam served as a judicial intern to several Provincial Court Judges, where he assisted with ongoing legal matters before the court.

Tiffany practices in the areas of corporate/commercial, real estate, and lending.

Tiffany is experienced in working with individuals and businesses preparing and negotiating various contracts and agreements and advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, reorganizations, and the purchase and sale of businesses. In addition, she works with both institutional and private lenders in general corporate and commercial matters.

Tiffany’s real estate practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions, disposition, real estate development, leasing, real estate financing, and corporate structuring. In addition to her work in market housing development, Tiffany is deeply committed to supporting not-for-profit organizations. She provides guidance on governance issues, helps clients navigate government funding programs, and contributes to housing and community development initiatives.

Annalise represents clients in a broad range of disputes with a focus on commercial litigation. She has advocated for clients in British Columbia’s Provincial Court and the Supreme Court.

Annalise obtained her JD from Thompson Rivers University. During her time at law school, Annalise was dedicated to her community, serving as the President of the TRU Women in Law Society. Annalise also undertook many professional endeavours including working for a prominent Vancouver real estate developer, consulting for a provincial government agency, and developing constitutional law materials for a national textbook publisher. In her final year of law school, Annalise studied Transnational Commercial law at the European Business School in Germany.

Emma is a litigator with a focus on commercial litigation and insurance defence. She has experience in a broad range of practice areas including commercial arbitrations, shareholder disputes, multi-party construction defect claims, and securities and professional regulatory matters. Emma has advocated for clients at all levels of court in BC, in private commercial arbitrations, and before administrative tribunals in BC and Alberta.
