Law is all about helping people achieve their present goals in a manner that prevents future issues from arising; this is something that Katharina is passionate about. Katharina advises and assists her clients on how to best achieve their goals in an efficient, forward thinking and cost-conscious manner.
Katharina is a solicitor practicing in the areas of corporate/commercial, real estate, lending and trade-marks. She regularly acts for individuals, businesses, private lenders and financial institutions and understands the unique needs of her clients in each of the aforementioned areas.
Katharina has acted on a variety of commercial transactions including both business and real estate acquisitions. Katharina is experienced in preparing and negotiating various contracts, acting for borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, and advising clients on shareholder agreements, limited partnership agreements and other corporate matters.
Katharina grew up in Vancouver and attended Simon Fraser University and the University of Victoria. Prior to and during law school she worked at one of Canada’s largest banks. Katharina is a passionate Whitecaps fan and an avid photographer.
