We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can securely make credit card payments by contacting our accounting department at accountingdepartment@owenbird.com during business hours.

Effective November 1, 2026, please note that a 2.4% surcharge will be applied to credit card payments processed via LawPay. If you prefer not to pay this surcharge, please consider alternative payment methods listed on this page.
E-Transfers
E-transfers are accepted for payment of invoices only. For payment of retainers, please click “Pay Retainer” above.
Send e-transfers to the email accountingdepartment@owenbird.com. Please reference “Owen Bird Law Corporation” or “Owen Bird” in the Name field.
In the text field, kindly reference the matter number, lawyer’s name, and invoice number to ensure the funds are applied correctly.
Important Notes
Payments are due within 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon.
