Allison R Kuchta

Allison is a proactive, responsive commercial and corporate transactional lawyer, with a particular focus on commercial and corporate, local, national and international, loan transactions. Her goal is to achieve the desired results for her clients, managing risk, providing creative solutions to issues as they arise, and to facilitate the transaction. Allison is Chair of our Financial Services Group and although Allison is “hands on”, she delegates to others as needed for the transaction.

Allison acts for financial institutions including Banks, Credit Unions, Trust Companies, and various commercial, corporate and real estate focussed clients. She is also involved in corporate and complex opinions, required of solicitors on commercial and corporate transactions.
