Owen Bird is proud to be sending a team of six lawyers to Interlaw’s 2017 Americas & Asia regional meeting to be held in Seattle on April 27th to April 30th.

This year’s meeting is hosted by Foster Pepper PLLC, and will take place at the Seattle Grand Hyatt. The conference program will focus on the use of big data and technology; and also include a tour of Boeing’s final assembly building.

The shareholders at Owen Bird are pleased to welcome Kari Richardson as Associate Counsel to the firm.

Kari has practiced in the Securities Law area for more than fifteen years where she has represented both public and private companies in Canada and in the United States.

Kari also served as a Foreign Service Officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade for six years which included a posting at the Canadian High Commission in Cameroon as the Political and Economic Program Manager and Vice Consul.
