Owen Bird is pleased to announce that Ekamjot Singh Doel has accepted the firm’s offer to be an associate with us after completing his articles and call to the bar.  Throughout his time as a summer student and articled student at Owen Bird, Ekam has gained a breadth of experience and will be joining the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.  We are very happy that Ekam will continue developing his legal career with Owen Bird.  Congratulations Ekam!

Owen Bird is pleased to announce that Yicong Li has joined our firm as the newest member of our Litigation Practice Group. Yicong has a commercial litigation practice, with a focus on construction and property disputes and appears regularly before the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Yicong received her law degree from Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.  Yicong will practice family and civil litigation at Owen Bird.
