Greg Tucker K.C. and Nikta Shirazian recently presented at the Insurance Institute of British Columbia, drawing an audience of over 120 participants for their webinar on Commercial General Liability (CGL) policies. They covered crucial topics, including providing an overview of the structure of the CGL, key insuring agreements, interaction with other types of policies, and explored the ‘time on risk’ protocol for multi-year CGL policies.
