Examples of our financial services activities include facilitating acquisitions of shopping centres and other sizable commercial properties by negotiating on leasing agreements, bridge financing negotiation and takeout financing, representing municipalities in public/private partnership transactions by structuring and implementing complex and creative financing and security arrangements, and assisting with the financing of health care, energy, transportation, intellectual property-based, and government-regulated businesses. We also assist clients in restructuring and workouts.
