Owen Bird is pleased to announce that Tiffany Ho has joined our firm as the newest member of our Real Estate Group and Business Law Group. Tiffany obtained her Bachelor of Law (LLB Hons.) from the University of Kent and Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Liverpool. Prior to her legal studies, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Art and Technology from Simon Fraser University. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2022.
Prior to joining Owen Bird, Tiffany practiced as a solicitor at a boutique law firm in downtown Vancouver. Her practice focuses on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development (market and non-market housing), mortgage financing (lending and borrowing), and general business law.
Tiffany is fluent in Cantonese and is proficient in reading and writing Chinese.
Outside of work, Tiffany is actively involved in volunteering with local non-profit organizations and enjoys staying active throughout the city. She is also an avid foodie and passionate traveler.
