Owen Bird is pleased to announce that Josh James has joined our firm as the newest member of our Litigation Practice Group.
Josh’s practice focuses on insurance litigation, primarily involving motor vehicle matters and administrative disputes. He has appeared before the Supreme Court, Provincial Court, and administrative tribunals. He has also helped clients resolve matters in mediation and arbitration. Josh received his law degree from Queen’s University and his Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from the University of British Columbia.
Prior to joining Owen Bird, Josh practiced as an Associate at a leading boutique insurance litigation firm in Vancouver.
