Owen Bird Welcomes Harleen Randhawa

Owen Bird is pleased to announce that Harleen Randhawa has joined our firm as the newest member of our Litigation Group. Harleen obtained her J.D. and M.B.A. at the University of Victoria, and her B.Com (Hons.) from the University of British Columbia.

Prior to joining Owen Bird, Harleen developed a diverse litigation and dispute resolution practice at one of Canada’s business law firms in Vancouver. She has experience with contract disputes, employment disputes, class action litigation, product liability claims, tort claims, privacy and data breach issues, as well as litigation considerations for corporate transactions.

Harleen has assisted on matters before the courts of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, the Tax Court of Canada, and various administrative tribunals.

Harleen is a director of the South Asian Bar Association of British Columbia and co‑chairs its Membership and Outreach Committee. She is also an active volunteer with Access Pro Bono. Outside of work, Harleen enjoys traveling, cooking and baking with new plant-based recipes, and spending time outdoors.
