Owen Bird is pleased to announce that Garth Evans has joined our firm as the newest member of our Real Estate Group.
Garth’s areas of practice include Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Non-Profit Housing Development, Commercial Leasing, Conveyancing, Mortgage Lending, Wills and Estate Planning and Business Law.
Garth is a Director of the Royal British Columbia Museum Foundation. He is Chair of the Phoenix Group which is an organization of about 40 people involved in real estate development that meets for breakfast every Wednesday morning. He is also a member of Lambda Alpha International Society, an international organization involved with land economics and planning with a membership limited to people recognized as leaders in their field related to land economics.
