Owen Bird is pleased to announce that David Moriarty has joined our firm as the newest member of our Litigation Group.
David is an associate in our Litigation Group, with a practice primarily focused on general commercial litigation and insurance defence. After graduating in 2010 with his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia, David articled and then practiced with a prominent Vancouver law firm. Since being called to the bar in 2011, he has gained experience in a broad array of litigation areas. These include Aboriginal law, class actions, insurance defence, strata property, construction, landlord-tenant, property damage, and personal injury. Outside of work David enjoys politics, sports, and, most importantly, spending time with his wife and daughter.
