Yue Liu

Yue practices business law, real estate, lending and estate planning.
Yue assists entrepreneurs and businesses with corporate and commercial matters, including incorporations (including professional corporations), partnerships, business restructuring, corporate governance and financing, share and asset purchase and sale transactions, and drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and leases.
Yue also practices in commercial and residential real estate, advising owners, developers, investors, lenders, property managers, landlords on real estate development, mortgage, strata property. Additionally, Yue works with families to plan, manage, protect, and transition their businesses and wealth to the next generation.
Born and raised in China, Yue graduated from a leading law school and practiced as a lawyer before moving to Canada. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
In her spare time, Yue enjoys hiking, camping, skiing and other outdoor activities, and loves spending time with her family.
