Owen Bird is pleased to announce that Claire Armstrong has joined our firm as the newest member of our Litigation Group.
Claire Armstrong obtained her law degree from Thompson Rivers University. While at law school, Claire actively worked to develop her advocacy skills. Claire also participated in TRU Law’s Free Community Legal Clinic where she conducted research, provided legal advice and drafted legal documents for numerous clients.
Claire’s focus has been on civil litigation gaining experience in insurance defence, renovation disputes, strata law, creditors’ remedies, and defamation. Claire has also assisted businesses with contract drafting, particularly in the area of lease agreements.
